Booking Policies
Please review all policies before booking. Policies are strictly enforced to ensure a smooth, luxury experience for every client.
Clients must be 18+ to book without parental consent.

Deposits
​
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.
Your deposit is deducted from your service total.
If your deposit is not received within the required time, your appointment will be cancelled.

Late Policy
​
A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Clients must be inside the spa and on the bed within this time.
Arriving late disrupts the next appointment and affects service quality.

If late beyond the grace period → reschedule required + $20 late fee

No Call / No Show → $30 fee added to your next appointment
Cancellations & Reschedules
​
A 24-hour notice is required.
Changes must be made through your confirmation link.

Less than 24 hours notice → $15 fee (first time)

Additional occurrences → $25 fee
Fees are added to your next visit.
Removing Services
​
All scheduled services must be completed at your appointment.
If you wish to remove a service, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.
If a service is removed upon arrival or cannot be completed, a $30 cancellation fee applies.
Waxing on Your Cycle
​
Waxing during your cycle is allowed with a tampon or menstrual cup.
If you prefer not to wax during this time, please reschedule 24 hours in advance, or the cancellation fee applies.
Children
​
For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or left unattended in the lobby.
If a client arrives with a child and no supervision is available, the appointment will be cancelled and the late cancellation fee will apply.
Minors receiving services may be accompanied by a guardian.
